Privacy policy

This is a placeholder for JobPilot's full privacy policy. It will be finalised before any production launch and reviewed by counsel familiar with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

For candidates: the profile data you choose to enter (name, contact, career history, skills, eligibility), your trust-score history, your interactions with roles (applications, tracked, dismissed), and the match scores we compute against open roles. For employers: account and delegate identity, the workspaces you publish, and the roles you post.

What we never do

We do not sell candidate data to third parties. We do not share candidate contact details with employers unless an introduction request has been explicitly accepted by the candidate. We do not surface other candidates' data on your dashboard — all standing comparisons are aggregate.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your profile and privacy pages. Closing your account erases your personal data within 30 days; aggregate scoring data may be retained for service-quality analysis.
